Trained in the art of pouring the perfect coffee

Our gold medal winning training program has been developed by baristas, for baristas.

Just ask our Barista of the Year, Amy-Lea Hovey. She’s still perfecting her latte art across the west of Melbourne at our Hoppers Crossing, Point Cook & Sanctuary Lakes stores.

There are so many other quality baristas in our network, like Christie Hoffman from Somerville, a finalist in our Barista of the Year competition for 5 years in a row, and a winner on more than one occasion.

Coffee that bakes the world a better place

We’re always on the lookout for opportunities to reduce our environmental footprint which is why we make sure that our partners are doing the right thing as well. This means choosing to partner with coffee plantations who offer great quality, sustainable coffee.

These partners focus on ensuring maximum efficiency of all resources, including:

  • Reducing effluent generation by 50%
  • Converting their effluent into compost
  • Reducing their consumption of electricity by 80% using only LED lighting
