Terms and Conditions for Ferguson Plarre's Colouring In Competition

  1. The competition is open to all Victorian residents aged 1 to 12 years old, except employees of Ferguson Plarre's Bakehouse and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
  2. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  3. To enter, participants must:
    a. Upload a photo of their Ferguson Plarre colouring in on Instagram as either a story or grid post.
    b. Tag @fergusonplarresbakehouse in the post.
  4. Entrants must also be following @fergusonplarresbakehouse on Instagram during the duration of the competition.
  5. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  6. The prize is as follows:
    a. One (1) Ferguson Plarre Gingerbread Decorating Kit, subject to availability.
    b. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
  7. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received and verified by Ferguson Plarre's Bakehouse
  8. The winner will be notified through Instagram Direct Message within seven (7) days of the closing date.
  9. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to have their Instagram handle and entry photo shared on the Promoter's social media channels.
  10. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
