Introducing Baked by Darren Purchese, a new and exclusive collaboration between chef Darren Purchese and Ferguson Plarre’s Bakehouse for winter 2024.
Over the past few months Darren has been working tirelessly with the Ferguson Plarre bakery team to create a completely new range of pies that you’re going to love. Known for his innovative baking and love of great ingredients, Darren’s new recipes are inspired by the amazing produce of Victoria. The range takes familiar flavours and elevates them with quality ingredients from artisanal Victorian producers including wine from Fowles and cheddar from the Maffra Cheese Company.
With two pies launching in July and new flavours to fall in love with launching in August and September there’s plenty to look forward to this winter.
Darren’s pies are delicious, generous and hand-finished to seal in the goodness. We can't wait to bake you happy!
