Cancellations & Rescheduling Orders

We understand that plans can change, and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order date and time whenever possible. However, once we start making your special celebration cake, we are unable to cancel your order or make changes.

All changes and/or cancellations must be made before 3pm at least 2 days before your product is due to be collected. For example, if you are due to collect a product on a Thursday, you cannot cancel or change it after 3pm on Tuesday. There are no exceptions to these conditions.

If your cake is a Premium Design Cake that needs to be ordered 7 days prior to collection, cancellations must be made by 3pm 7 days before your cake is due to be collected.

If your order is a catering order, all changes and/or cancellations must be made 3 days before your catering is due to be collected. For example, if you are due to collect catering on a Thursday, you cannot cancel or change it after 3pm on Monday.

You may make a change or cancel an order in any of the following ways:

• By telephone or in person with the manager at the store through which the product was ordered.
• By telephone or in person with the manager at the store at which the cake was due to be collected.
• By telephone to the Administration team at the Ferguson Plarre's Head Office on (03) 9336 3200 (9am-5pm weekdays only)

It is important that any changes or cancellations are made before 3pm, as this is the close of business time of the celebration cake team. For this reason, if you change or cancel an order after 3pm, your request will not apply to your order until the following day and the time frame to make changes may have passed.

If you do not reschedule or cancel an order before 3pm at least 2 days before your product is due to be collected, then you are responsible for collecting the product from the nominated store on the nominated date. If you do not collect your product on the due date it will be disposed of after 48 hours, and no refunds will be available.
